Delhi Rally against Nuclear Energy

Dear friends:

The “Delhi Rally” is shaping up very well thanks to a small but committed group of young men and women in Delhi. Here is how it looks right now and more specific info will be given ASAP:

October 1, 2009 (Thursday)

9 AM to 1 PM: Get together of all participants who are coming from outside to share their experiences at one place (venue: to be announced soon).

3 PM: Press Meet

October 2, 2009 (Friday)

Rally will begin from RajGhat/Gandhi Shanti Pratishthan/ Gandhi Smriti Sthal at 11:00 AM and will conclude at Teen Murti Bhawan at two in the afternoon.

Lunch

3 PM to 4:30 PM: Discussion at Teen Murti Auditorium.

4:30 PM: Some symbolic action (Pledge against Nuke) which shows our solidarity against Nuclear.

5:00 PM-Y theater performance on Peace

6:00 PM-Plenary-Youth Vision for Peace

Please book your train/plane tickets and reach Delhi on September 30, 2009. We will let you know where to come for the night’s stay and contact persons and their numbers.
